In June. Coreleader Biotech was invited by German army to demonstrate the HEMO-bandage for haemostasis in one of their key military medicare training event which was sponsored by one of its military teaching hospital in Germany.
Participants include countries in the neighborhood, such as Austria, Switzerland, Spain and some eastern bloc.
Coreleader displayed its newly launched product for hemostasis, including HEMO-bandage (chitosan gauze) and HEMO-fiber (chitosan non-woven fabric).
Both were widely accepted and recognized in the conference for its innovative mode of action as well as user's friendly. Other than the medics and officers, we were honored to have the general inspect us during the training workshop.
Mr. Tsao explained to him the mode of action and the double efficacy of our HEMO-fiber which helps not only the hemostasis but also the burns. He also demonstrated the proper way to apply it in the battle field for traumatic bleeding control, deep penetration and sharp laceration.
Unofficially, HEMO-bandage was regarded as the best hemo items among five competitive products which included Combat Gauze from Quikclot and Celox gauze.
We have supplied a poster that proved our product's haemostatic efficacy would be superior to Combat gauze, not to mention the side impact of mineral to be left inside the wound by Combat Gauze.
We also have prepared two PDF files to show visitors the trials that we compared HEMO-item with Celox Gauze in Taipei. Both proved HEMO-item is much more effective than Celox Gauze on femoral arterial hemostasis. Most of interested parties are impressed with our data.
