Coreleader is pleased to announce the US FDA approval for its bio-cellulose dressing, BioS King earlier this month. The BioS King is a nano-texture bio-cellulose membrane which has the basic structure that bans the entry of bacteria but allows the molecule of water and air to go through. As a result, it reduces the risk of infection from the patient.
The product targets at the burns and, in view of its similarity to dermis, can be used to cover the burns up to second degree. The product is a natural bio material. It only requires one piece to cover the burns and to stay on the wound until it fully heals. No dressing change during the full treating course would be required. It saves man hour and labor for dressing change without compromising the healing efficacy.
