"Coreleader launches the RD project of “Hydro-intangled fabric”recently under the cooperation with a local Polytechnic school that has been recognized as the leader in the textile know-how development in Taiwan.
It is clear that needle punching has been the way to enhance the strength of wound dressings and got increasingly popular among all the multinational competitors. The needle helps to entangle fibers together when it punches through the dressing of flatly laid fibers. Some of the renowned brands even have the dressing needle punched twice to get their product tough enough in the wound bed and hence, last longer.
With around 75% G block, Coreleader calcium aginate would be harder than others which normally have lower G block or add CMC to trun into the more soften and softer. To get our product soft without changing the ratio between M and G block, Coreleader decides to test the advanced Hydro Intangled method instead of current needle punching. It is a new technology introduced to wound dressing industry. Only Coreleader has such vision to search for new know-how to further upgrade its quality and win out. It would switch to the method right away as long as the test run turns out to be successful.
After the patent applications filed recently, it once again proves the commitment of Coreleader makes to the wound dressing innovation. "
